BIC, Sakhir – Bahrain International Circuit, ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, recently played host to a very special event during the weekend of January 13 and 14, where Ferrari owners from Bahrain and Kuwait participated in Emozioni in Pista, an annual track event involving a series of driving activities.

 

The event was organised by Euro Motors, the official importer of Ferrari in the Kingdom Bahrain, and AlZayani Trading Company, the official importer of Ferrari in Kuwait.

 

This unique event was aimed at enhancing the clients’ experience with Ferrari’s legendary road-going and racing performance and, in addition to hot laps around the track and practical training by the Official Ferrari Pilota instructors; this year’s event included two driving competitions.

 

The first was the Challenge GT competition which tested the drivers’ ability to control the car on tight turns and bends, and the second the Driving Technique competition which tested the technique of each driver on the track using a computer telemetry system.

 

The programme also included advanced level training for those Ferrari owners who have participated in track days in past years.

 

 

Away from the main activities of the day, Ferrari owners had the opportunity of viewing the newest addition to the Ferrari range, the V12 FF, which is Ferrari’s first-ever four-wheel-drive, four-seater.
