BIC hosts the 2010 Formula 1™ Germen Grand Prix screening at Motorox Café

Monday 26th JUL, 2010, Bahrain International Circuit: The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East hosted a screening at Motorox Café for members of the local media, where the action from the 2010 Formula 1™ Germen Grand Prix was displayed. There were representatives from almost all local newspapers and several other publications who enjoyed a selection of beverages and food while watching what is known as the most glamorous and prestigious round of the Formula 1™ World Championship take place live.

The Eleventh round of the 2010 Formula 1™ World Championship season was full of racing action as the 24 strong grid manoeuvred the corners of one of the most challenging tracks to be found. Ferrari clinched a one-two victory, with Germen S.Vettel managing to still finish in third place and steal the fastest lap of the race on the last lap.

Following the conclusion of the race, a raffle was held where several members of the media won prizes courtesy of the Bahrain International Circuit, including Monny from Arabia Motors Magazine, Ahmed Kuzbar from Motor sport Marshal Club and many other media representatives.

The next round of this year’s exciting championship, the 2010 Formula 1™ Hungary Grand Prix, will take place on Sunday 1st August and will also be screened at Motorox Café.
