Fraud Prevention: Be Aware

Customers should be aware of online ticket scams that target major sports and entertainment events.

Whilst BIC works closely with the relevant authorities to monitor for fraudulent websites, customers should be aware of unauthorised channels which claim to be selling tickets for events at Bahrain International Circuit, including our major international events such as the World Endurance Championship and Formula 1.

Bahraingp.com is the official website of BIC for all ticketing. Tickets are also available via certain authorised third-party agents. A full list of BIC’s authorized agents can be found here.

We advise all customers to check the website address carefully prior to purchasing. If in doubt, please call our contact centre on +973 1745 0000.

Reporting Fraud

If you believe that you have been subject to fraud, you should immediately report this to your bank.

Unauthorized resale of tickets and ticket terms and conditions

Bahrain International Circuit urges fans not to purchase tickets from unauthorized sellers, including through resale websites. As per the ticket teams and conditions, BIC cannot be held responsible for tickets bought elsewhere and there can be no guarantee that such tickets are genuine. Tickets found to have been advertised for sale, sold or resold outside of authorised selling channels may be subject to cancellation.

BIC also warns against using tickets for competitions and promotional giveaways and advises fans and tickets holders to play close attention to ticket sales terms and conditions, which are available here.
