BIC congratulates HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdulla for professional motorsport card

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, congratulates His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa for becoming the first Bahraini to obtain a professional motorsport card.

HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdulla was able to achieve this honour following his outstanding efforts and perseverance in his rising racing career.

This high level of professionalism in Bahraini motorsport has been an important goal ever since the construction of BIC. The circuit has helped establish a generation of racing drivers deeply immersed in the motorsport culture and one that is capable of representing the Kingdom of Bahrain globally in various top-class series.

HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdulla has participated in karting championships all over the world as well as at Bahrain International Karting Circuit. In addition to this, he has excelled over several seasons in popular regional championship, the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Middle East, and also gained plenty of valuable experience testing an FIA Formula 2 car, driving a vintage Formula 1 car, competing in a European single-seater championship, plus so much more.

BIC wishes HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdulla the greatest success as he continues in his racing career.
