Bahrain International Circuit signs FIA WEC extension deal to 2027

The FIA World Endurance Championship will continue to include Bahrain International Circuit in the calendar until at least 2027 thanks to a new deal extending the partnership. BIC has been a part of the WEC calendar since the inaugural season in 2012.

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, announced today that global Top 10 DJ and producer Don Diablo will be lighting up the concert stage at the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2022.

Formula 1 announces it will race in Bahrain until 2036

Formula 1 can today confirm that Bahrain will stay on the F1 calendar through until 2036 inclusive, extending F1 in Bahrain by a further 10 years, following the agreement with the promoter to renew its contract.

BIC launches tickets for F1 pre-season testing including free entry with F1 tickets bought before 1 March

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) today launched tickets for 2022 Formula 1 pre-season testing, scheduled to take place between 10 and 12 March 2022. With spectators permitted entry for the last two days of testing, it will be the first opportunity for fans to witness in person the new generation of F1 cars on track.
