  • The Dome Lounge is a brand-new concept designed to be an entry-level hospitality option, appealing to a broad range of individuals as well as businesses
  • The Champions Club is a new experience designed for F1 fans who want a mix of top-level hospitality and behind-the-scenes access.
  • New concepts brought in as Corporate Lounges already sold out for 2023.

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) announced today that it is introducing a pair of exciting new hospitality offerings for the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2023.

Details of these were revealed at a press conference held at Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort and Spa in Sakhir, with BIC Chief Executive Shaikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa and Gulf Air CEO Captain Waleed Al Alawi in attendance.

The new offerings include The Dome Lounge and The Champions Club, both tailor-made in response to the massive interest in hospitality options for the grand prix, which takes place 3 to 5 March at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East” as the opening round of the 2023 FIA F1 World Championship.

Shaikh Salman commented: “We at BIC are thrilled to be offering The Dome Lounge and The Champions Club hospitality packages for the first time.

“The interest in our hospitality options for the Bahrain Grand Prix weekend has grown every season. This year we have already sold out our Corporate Boxes, which is a reflection of that.

“We have therefore come up with these exciting, brand new offerings which bring an invaluable addition to the race experience. Both selections bring fans into the exclusive world of F1, and we look forward to them enjoying a truly memorable event.”

The Dome Lounge is a brand-new concept designed to be an entry-level hospitality offering, appealing to a broad range of individuals as well as businesses.

For the race week, the BIC dome will be transformed into an exclusive hospitality venue.

Priced at BD300 per person, the package includes:

– A three-day pass to a dedicated stand next to the dome located along the main straight, opposite the podium
– Three-day entry to the Dome Lounge, which will include complementary food all day, showcasing a mix of international cuisine
– Access to an exclusive range of bars, including a cocktail bar with leading mixologists
– A full programme of entertainment in the Dome Lounge, including DJs, roaming entertainers, and much more to keep fans entertained between racing sessions
– Entry to the exclusive Fashion TV after-party, straight after the race

Shaikh Salman noted: “We are delighted to bring back the Fashion TV party and offer Dome Lounge guests access to this official after-race event, with incredible international DJs and entertainment. We expect these to be hugely popular offers for fans.”

Meanwhile, The Champions Club is a new offering created by BIC and F1 Experiences. This new experience is designed for F1 fans that want a mix of top-level hospitality and also behind-the-scenes access and insight for the duration of the race weekend.

The package includes:

– Batelco Grandstand trackside seating
– Access to The Champions Club lounge, located just below the seating, offering premium hospitality with gourmet food and an open bar
– Appearance by an F1 Media Personality or Driver
– F1 Executive Q&A
– Guided Paddock Tour
– A Grid Walk and F1 Championship Trophy photo opportunity
