Biggest-ever off-track entertainment programme to delight race-goers at Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain GP 2024 at BIC

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, has put together its biggest-ever off-track entertainment programme for the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2024.
This incredible line-up of colourful attractions include stage shows featuring world-renowned cartoon characters, incredible circus acts, thrilling carnival rides, lively roaming performers, and so much more.
They will all be descending upon Sakhir from across the globe, and will be complementing the high-octane action on track as the Kingdom celebrates “20 Years of a Modern Classic”, showcasing Bahrain’s landmark 20th anniversary in F1.
The grand prix weekend is scheduled for 29 February to 2 March at BIC, marking the season-opening round of the 2024 FIA F1 World Championship. It will be the first-ever Saturday night race at BIC, making for an additional spectacle to the already extra-special occasion in Sakhir.
Tickets to the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2024 can be bought online at the circuit’s official website bahraingp.com, by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17450000, or at the special BIC stand at City Centre Bahrain.
There are extremely limited seats available in the Main, Turn 1 and Beyon Grandstands, with some availability in the University and Victory grandstands. Meanwhile, with F1 Paddock Club and BIC’s Corporate Lounges completely sold out, there is still some availability with the Champions Club and The Dome by F1 Experiences hospitality options.
Prior to race week, BIC will also be hosting three days of F1 Aramco Pre-Season Testing 2024 from February 21 to 23, offering a sneak preview of the F1 teams’ contenders ahead of the new campaign.
Off the track, there will be so much on offer for the whole family to enjoy at the grand prix.
Nickelodeon Rocks will offer an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experience for kids. At the heart of this attraction is a dynamic stage show featuring beloved Nickelodeon characters such as Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, and Shimmer and Shine.
In addition, Nickelodeon Rocks offers various interactive sections where kids can participate in exciting activities. These zones provide an opportunity for young race-goers to unleash their creativity and imagination while enjoying hands-on experiences that are both entertaining and educational.
For another memorable show that will engage both children and adults alike, Circus Extreme will bring an exciting blend of a traditional circus experience with a contemporary twist. Its team of acrobats, proficient in various disciplines, will be dazzling fans, with carefully selected music complementing their amazing performances.
A pair of exhilarating carnival rides will also be on hand at BIC’s vending area for all to experience throughout the F1 weekend. These are the Ferris Wheel and The High Impress.
The Ferris Wheel, a recurring attraction at the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, offers a distinctive vantage point for spectators. Illuminated against the evening sky, it stands as a symbol of elegance amidst the circuit backdrop. Its towering presence provides a panoramic view of BIC and the surrounding Sakhir area, allowing visitors to observe the racing action from a unique perspective.
The High Impress is a pulse-pounding amusement ride that blends safety and thrills for an unforgettable experience. Fans will get to feel the rush of controlled spins and rotations, making for a dynamic and captivating adventure.
Furthermore, BIC will be bringing in an army of roaming entertainers who will be interacting with fans from morning to night and setting the festival-like atmosphere on all three days of F1 weekend.
These delightful characters include the Puglia Street Band, AJ Batucada, TikTak Marionette, Stevie Wheels, Juggling Dom, Carnival de Colores, and so much more!
