Drag and Drift Night to offer twice the thrills at BIC Monday

Motorsport fans can enjoy a fantastic double-header at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) on Monday (December 10) with another exciting edition of Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Night.

One of the most popular activities on offer at “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, Drag and Drift Night offers twice the action and thus double the excitement for all those taking part.

Participants get the chance to take their very own cars or motorbikes and push them to their limit in a safe and controlled environment, either down the strip or around a drifting course, or both.

BIC’s world-class quarter-mile drag strip is a member of the prestigious National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Worldwide Network. The drifting course is a specially configured facility at at BIC’s car park number five.

Both activities can be enjoyed for a single fee of BD10. Participation in just the drag racing or just the drifting costs BD7. Registration can be done on site from 5pm, and the action will be held from 6pm to 11pm.

Those who would like to experience the drag or drift as a passenger can get into a friend’s car for an additional BD4. Spectators can purchase tickets for BD2 apiece.

Safety standards of the highest level are followed at all times during the evening’s events for both drivers and spectators alike.
