BIC set for Ramadan thrills with four successive weekends of hugely popular Burnout Nights
- First edition of fan-favourite event this holy month scheduled for Saturday, with succeeding meetings to be held on 27 February and on 5 and 13 March
Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, is all set for an action-packed holy month of Ramadan with four successive weekends of its widely popular Burnout Nights.
The excitement kicks off with the first edition of this exciting event on Saturday (21 February) in Sakhir.
Sparks will fly and white smoke will rise as participants put on a stunning show in front of the large crowd that is expected to attend. Saturday’s meeting is scheduled for 8pm to 12 midnight.
Burnout Nights is open to motorsport enthusiasts of all skill levels. Those interested in taking part can register on site with a BD8 fee per participant. There is also a fee of BD5.5 for each accompanying passenger and/or crew member.
All entrants’ vehicles must meet specific eligibility criteria before being permitted to take part.
BIC is inviting motorsport fans to be a part of this event and enjoy the high-octane performances that are a treat to the senses.
The circuit’s spectator grandstand for Burnout Nights overlooks the drift park, part of the circuit’s vast vehicle dynamics area, thus offering a fantastic vantage point for all those in attendance to watch the captivating displays.
Tickets for fans are BD2 apiece, while VIP car passes are available at BD5 each.
Following Saturday’s event, three more editions of Burnout Nights are scheduled. The next will be on 27 February, to be followed by the last two meetings on 5 March and 13 March.
