BIC to kick off Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights on Monday

25 October 2026 – Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, invites motorsport enthusiasts to take part in the first Ebrahim K Kanoo Drag and Drift Nights event of the 2026-2027 season on Monday, 26 October, at the circuit in Sakhir.

The event brings together drag racing on BIC’s world-class quarter-mile drag strip and drifting at its dedicated vehicle dynamics area, allowing participants to test their cars or motorbikes in either activity or both.

The event will run from 6pm to 11pm, with participation fees set at BD11 for both activities or BD8 for either drag racing or drifting.

Participants must have their cars or motorbikes undergo technical scrutineering on site before completing registration at the venue.

Those wishing to experience drag racing or drifting as passengers in participating vehicles can do so for an additional fee of BD4.500.

BIC’s drag strip is recognised as one of the world’s leading drag racing facilities and forms part of the Worldwide Network of the US-based National Hot Rod Association. The circuit also features a dedicated vehicle dynamics area for drifting, equipped with safety barriers to provide a suitable environment for the activity.
