Camara takes F3 feature victory from pole
Rafael Camara triumphed from pole in the 22-lap feature race of the FIA Formula 3 Championship today, held as part of Formula 1 race day at Bahrain International Circuit (BIC).
Camara was able to build his lead after the first few laps and finished 6.2 seconds ahead of Callum Voisin of Rodin Motorsport. Tim Tramnitz of MP Motorsport joined them on the podium in third after 7.8s back.
Tuukka Taponen of ART Grand Prix, sprint race winner Nikola Tsolov of Campos Racing, and Noah Stromsted of Trident completed the race’s top six.
The feature wrapped up the meeting’s F3 programme at BIC.
