  • Current World Champion and global star Luke ‘The Nuke” Littler confirmed for Bahrain Darts Masters.
  • English darts sensation “The Bullet” Stephen Bunting to defend Bahrain Darts Masters title this 15 and 16 January at Exhibition World Bahrain.
  • Former World Champions also set to return to action in Kingdom, including “Cool Hand” Luke Humphries, “Mighty” Michael van Gerwen and “The Iceman” Gerwyn Price.
  • More players to be announced soon, as global stars compete in World Championship.

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, together with CBX and The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC), announced today the first five players for the 2026 Bahrain Darts Masters. Current World Champion and global star Luke Litter is set to return to Bahrain, whilst English darts legend Stephen Bunting will return to the Kingdom to defend his Bahrain Darts Masters title, together with three other former World Champions.

The highly anticipated darts spectacle is scheduled to take place 15 and 16 January next year at Exhibition World Bahrain (EWB). The event is organised by BIC, The PDC, and sports promoter CBX, and it is supported by Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority.

The Bahrain Darts Masters will be the first event after the 2025/2026 World Darts Championship – which is underway in London – and it will also kick off next year’s PDC World Series of Darts, making for an occasion that will be watched by millions from around the world.

Luke Littler is confirmed to return to Bahrain, where he won his first senior title in 2024 – also hitting a perfect nine-dart finish on his way to victory. Since then, Littler has become a household name around the globe; winning last year’s World Championship alongside 2025 triumphs in the World Matchplay, UK Open and Grand Slam of Darts.

He is joined by defending Bahrain Darts Masters champion Stephen Bunting, as well as three former World Champions, including three-time winner “Mighty” Michael van Gerwen from the Netherlands, 2021 World Champion “The Iceman” Gerwyn Price from Wales, and 2024 World Champion “Cool Hand” Luke Humphries from England.

All five players have become firm fan favorites in Bahrain, with Stephen Bunting winning on debut earlier this year. Gerwyn Price and Luke Humpries both return for the fourth consecutive year, whilst Michael van Gerwen made his debut in n 2024, when he reached the final.

Eight PDC greats will be taking on some of the best from across the continent, including two representatives from Bahrain, over the two nights of the hugely popular event, which is just over a month away.

Tickets for next year’s Bahrain Darts Masters are selling fast, and fans wishing to be a part of the grand occasion must purchase their seats at the earliest to avoid missing out. Following the tremendous response to BIC’s Early Bird offer, the front section of Premium seating at Exhibition World Bahrain has already completely sold out, with limited table availability elsewhere. For the first time ever, grandstand seating is also available for the Bahrain Darts Masters.

Tickets for both days in the Bahrain Darts Masters Grandstand are BD25 apiece, while limited Premium seats, are available from BD50 each for the two days. There is also a VIP package on offer, starting from BD180 apiece, which is inclusive of food and beverages for both days.

All ticket options are available online at bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17450000.

The game of darts has become an international phenomenon in recent years, and in the Kingdom the Bahrain Darts Masters has grown tremendously over the past three seasons it has been held. The event has been moved to EWB to be able to accommodate the massive crowd expected, and the venue will be transformed into Bahrain’s answer to the iconic Alexandra Palace.

Fans can expect an incredible atmosphere, with fancy dress, themed activations, and a wide range of food and beverage options as ‘Sport’s Biggest Party’ brings its unique flavour to Bahrain.
