- Multi-platinum-selling hit-maker to take centre stage at BIC on the Friday night of F1 weekend on 10 April
Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), ‘The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East’, announced today that multi-platinum DJ and producer Martin Garrix will perform live at the Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2026.
The highly anticipated F1 spectacle is scheduled for 10 to 12 April in Sakhir, and Garrix will be taking to the stage on the Friday night of race weekend on 10 April. His epic show will be open to all grand prix ticket-holders at no extra cost.
Garrix is one of the youngest and most successful DJs and producers championing the pop and electronic scene. He has been ranked number one on DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs list in multiple years, and his hits have generated more than a billion streams online.
Garrix has collaborated with major stars including Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, Bono and The Edge of U2, Bebe Rexha, Khalid, Macklemore, and Avicci, to name only a few.
He is the first top international artists announced by BIC who will be putting on a mega concert at this year’s F1 weekend. Those wishing to experience Garrix’s concert but have yet to purchase their tickets are advised to do so at the earliest to avoid missing out on the Kingdom of Bahrain’s biggest event of the year.
Tickets can still be purchased but there is only very limited availability. BIC’s Main Grandstand and Turn 1 Grandstand are already 95% sold out, while tickets to the Beyon Grandstand, University Grandstand, and Victory Grandstand are selling out fast. Martin Garrix is more than a decade into a career that began with the Dutchman bursting through the electronic dance music scene by debuting the single ‘Animals’ in 2013, a hit which soared to the top of the charts internationally. He has performed at major global events including The Winter Olympics, Coachella, Lollapalooza, Ultra Music Festival and Tomorrowland.
Garrix’s live performance at BIC can be enjoyed along with plenty of other off-track entertainment attractions at the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2026.
