WEC Terms and Conditions

1. Motorsport is noisy and dangerous. Attendance is at your own risk and includes the risk of injury, death, property damage, and flying debris. Accidents can and do occur.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), promoters, officials, drivers, marshals, sponsors, and affiliated parties are fully released from liability for any injury, loss, damage, or death, including those resulting from negligence.
3. Use of any ticket allowing entry to the event, and presence at the event by any person, is subject to the following conditions:
a. No refund or exchange.
b. Ticket is void if resold, transferred, or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent from BIC.
c. One ticket admits one person; the ticket must be presented for security checks.
d. Admission is subject to venue rules, security screening, and instructions from staff.
e. BIC reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual for misconduct or non-compliance, without refund.
f. The event programme is subject to change.
g. No animals, food or beverages, glass items, chairs, tables, coolers, weapons, or vehicles are permitted within the circuit.
h. Parking and personal property are at the owner’s risk; BIC assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage.
i. By entering, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and for your image, voice, or likeness to be used for commercial or promotional purposes without compensation. You waive and assign all related rights.
j. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahraini courts.
