Race fans to meet F1 stars in Autograph Session at F1 Bahrain GP 2019 at BIC

Bahrain International Circuit will be giving motorsport fans a chance to get up close and personal with their favourite Formula 1 drivers at this weekend’s Formula 1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2019.

As part of the weekend’s events, “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East” will be hosting an Autograph Session on Race Day Sunday (March 31) right before the start of the 57-lap sprint.

The Autograph Session will take place in the Formula 1 Village vending area next to the Main Stage.

It will be held from 2pm to 4pm, and fans are advised to line up as early as possible so as not to miss out on a dream chance to meet their favourite stars.

Lucky fans will be able to take pictures with the drivers and share a moment or two.

All those with tickets to this year’s Bahrain Grand Prix will be able to attend Sunday’s Autograph Session.

Tickets are selling fast, so those interested in attending the region’s biggest sporting and social event are advised to pick theirs up at the soonest.

The Bahrain Grand Prix weekend is set to be open to the public over four days for the first time. Tickets for seating to the Main Grandstand are BD150 apiece. A Batelco Grandstand ticket for all four days originally costs BD120, but there are also two other options for Batelco Grandstand seats. For a ticket to Saturday and Sunday only, the cost is BD100, while for Friday only it is BD60.

A four-day ticket to the Turn One Grandstand is BD100 before any discount; whereas University and Victory Grandstand tickets are originally BD60 apiece.

It is worth noting that BIC is covering the Value Added Tax (VAT) on all Bahrain Grand Prix ticket prices, saving fans from any additional expense to attend the Formula 1 spectacle. The prices continue to be amongst the most competitive for any event on the Formula 1 calendar.
