World Series of Darts to return to Bahrain for the third staging of the Bahrain Darts Masters in January
- 2025 PDC World Series of Darts schedule now confirmed, with Bahrain set to host first round of series on 16 and 17 January.
- Tickets now available at Bahraingp.com, with 30% Early Bird discount for limited time only.
The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) has announced that darts’ biggest global stars will return to Bahrain International Circuit on 16 and 17 January next year, as a 16-player field is set to compete in the first World Series of Darts event of 2025.
With the date for next year confirmed, tickets are now available for the hugely popular Bahrain Darts Masters, organized by BIC and sports promoter CBX and supported by Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA). The event will return to action as the first leg of the global World Series of Darts and the first TV event after the Word Championship and for a limited time only tickets are available at a 30% early bird discount.
Teenage sensation Luke Littler stormed to a famous victory on his World Series debut back in January – hitting a nine-darter during a historic event – following Michael Smith’s success in the inaugural Bahrain Darts Masters in 2023.
Tickets to this incredibly popular event are now on sale, with a limited-time 30% early bird discount. Tickets for next year’s competition start from 21BD (after Early Bird discount) for a two-day pass, with premium seating – including stage-side tables – from just BD 35 for two days after discount. VIP hospitality is also available for the event. All ticket options are available online at bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on +973-17450 000. Fans are urged to act quickly, as the Early Bird discount is for a limited time only and the event is expected to sell out, based on the huge demand for the 2023 event.
The 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters will take place at Bahrain International Circuit’s Dome, which will be transformed for the weekend into an incredible darts venue. Eight PDC superstars are set to lock horns with eight Asian Representatives – which will again include two qualifiers from Bahrain.
“The Bahrain Darts Masters has already become a popular event on the World Series of Darts circuit and we saw encouraging growth in our second visit in 2024 for what proved a memorable tournament,” said PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter.
“The 2025 Bahrain Darts Masters will begin our biggest-ever year on the World Series and will be a huge opportunity for all 16 players to make their mark in a global event. We can’t wait to return to The Dome at Bahrain International Circuit in January.”
BIC Chief Executive Sheikh Salman bin Isa Al Khalifa commented: “It’s a great honour to be hosting the Bahrain Darts Masters for a third straight year. The event has established itself as a highlight in the sporting calendar, with fans showing tremendous support to the global superstars who come here to play.
“I thank Carlo Boutagy and CBX, our partners at BTEA, as well as the PDC as we work together to bring this great darts spectacle to life.”
Carlo Boutagy, CEO of CBX, said: “CBX is delighted to be working with Bahrain International Circuit for the third edition of the World Darts Masters Series alongside all the events’ sponsors. We’ve had two incredibly successful and popular events, and we are sure this third iteration will be bigger and better than before.”
It’s worth noting that BTEA continues to play a crucial role in supporting major sporting events like the World Series of Darts, as they enhance Bahrain’s international profile and attract a diverse audience. Hosting the Bahrain Darts Masters for a third time boosts the tourism sector, benefiting businesses and the economy at large. Additionally, these events foster community engagement and promote a vibrant sporting culture, showcasing the Kingdom as premier destination for global sports.
