Terms and Conditions – Early Bird Competition

These terms and conditions govern participation in the Early Bird Competition associated with the purchase of tickets for the Bahrain GP 2025. By participating in the competition, participants agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

1.1 The competition is open to all individuals who purchase tickets for the Bahrain GP 2025 since the launching of the Early Bird Campaign until noon of December 7, 2024.

1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

1.3 Employees, affiliates, and agents of Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the competition.

1.4 A valid ticket purchase is required to qualify for the draw. Tickets purchased after the specified end date and time will not be eligible for entry.

2. How to Enter

2.1 All Customers who purchase Bahrain GP 2025 tickets since the launching of the Early Bird Campaign until the conclusion of the competition period are automatically entered into the raffle.

2.2 No additional registration or submission is required beyond the ticket purchase.

2.3 Multiple ticket purchases by a single customer will be considered as individual entries, increasing the customer’s chances of winning.

3. Winner Selection

3.1 Three winners will be selected through an electronic raffle draw on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

3.2 The draw will be conducted under supervision to ensure fairness and transparency.

3.3 Winners will be contacted via the email and/or phone number provided during their ticket purchase.

3.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw, their prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected after MOIC approval.

4. Prizes

4.1 The following prizes will be awarded to three (3) winners:
• First Prize: 2024 BIC Framed Plate signed by F1 Drivers.
• Second Prize: F1 2024 License Plate signed by a team of the winner’s choice.
• Third Prize: Merchandise from a team of the winner’s choice (includes a t-shirt and cap).

4.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4.3 If the selected team for the second or third prize is unavailable for signature requests or merchandise, BIC reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equivalent value after MOIC approval.

5. General Terms

5.1 BIC reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice, after MOIC approval.

5.2 Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5.3 BIC assumes no responsibility for entries lost due to technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or other circumstances beyond its control.

5.4 All decisions made by BIC regarding the competition are final and binding after MOIC approval.

6. Privacy and Use of Data

6.1 By participating, entrants’ consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal information for the purposes of administering this competition and contacting winners.

6.2 Winners’ names and images may be used for promotional purposes by BIC in relation to this competition.

7. Governing Law

7.1 The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

7.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
