Blood donation campaign organised for BIC team members

Bahrain International Circuit (BIC), “The Home of Motorsport in the Middle East”, organised a blood donation campaign as part of the circuit’s Health Awareness Day.

The event was held for the third straight year in cooperation with King Hamad University Hospital.

BIC management and staff from all departments took part in the campaign, and after donating blood, they were each given a Certificate of Appreciation to commemorate their participation.

Donating blood has several health benefits, and information on these were also shared with the staff during the event.

BIC regularly organises similar worthwhile initiatives for its staff members with an aim of promoting wellness and a healthy lifestyle.
